- Kate Bloom has been a hairdresser since leaving school in 198? (she`ll let you guess her age!) After having built up a wide experience working in hair salons in this country and abroad, training with the some of the best eg. Guy Kremer and Jonny Engstrom; she dreamt of one day opening her very own hairdressers in Cheltenham. Kate set her sights on doing this in a certain way. She didn`t really want the usual town centre type of salon - relying on a high turnover of walk-in clients simply to cover city centre rent and rates. She wanted people to experience the luxury of the personal touch from their hairdresser and to be able to build a relationship without high prices usually associated with this level of service. The beauty salon had an important part in the whole experience that would leave you feeling cared for and special. The end result would be a happy, relaxed atmosphere for staff and clients.
