- Dr. Howley earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from Walden University and a Masters of Arts in Counseling from University of Maryland. She also earned a Bachelors in Social Work from Georgian Court College and an Associates degree in Social Sciences from Brookdale Community College. She specializes in assessment, diagnoses and treatment of a wide-variety of DSM-IV-TR diagnoses. After working at Natividad Medical Center in Salinas CA, Dr. Howley is returning on a part-time basis to California to work with inmates in jails, children and adults with learning disabilities, psychiatric diagnoses and those with everyday problems Dr. Howley's practices internationally and also in Oregon. She is currently working on getting her third license in NJ.
