KSCdirect.com is part of this company and cannot be trusted. I placed an online order with them. I received a call stating that the items were not in stock and asked if I could wait a couple of weeks? I said yes. - - - - I received a second call from them stating that there had been a price increase of over 60%, so I canceled the order. They had already placed a hold on the funds in my debit card account. Numerous calls and emails have done nothing to resolve the problem. Typical bait and switch.
Look elsewhere when you need plumbing supplies. KSCdirect may look like they have good prices and a lot of stock, but you might be buying yourself a lot of headaches.
Edit: I finally received the funds back to my debit account. This was NOT from any help received by KSCdirect.com, but rather my patience and persistence in dealing with the debit card company directly. KSCdirect virtually ignored my requests and I explained exactly how they could go about helping me.
