- We Jane Dave own and run the kefirshop we started selling our Kefir and kombucha over 10 years ago we are a small family based business and and pride our self on our continued commitment to our wee shop. We live in the Scottish border town of Galashiels near the banks of the river tweed all our cultures are live and grown by us on site. We also sell dried tea and related products the are all organically grown and bought in by us form the UK's largest organic herb importer all our produce is grown using the Best ingredients in our sterile purpose built preparation Room . Then the cultures are triple Vac packed (AIR SEALED) before shipping to all parts of the world this is all done to the highest standards of Hygiene and cleanliness ( why gamble ?).We have specialized in these type of health cultures / products for over 10 years and have sold Them all over the world we always aim to provide a fast efficient service
