Kentucky Education Savings Plan Trust

The Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) is a public corporation and governmental agency, established by an act of the General Assembly in 1966 to enhance higher education opportunities for Kentucky students. To that end, KHEAA administers several financial aid programs and disseminates information about higher education opportunities.
In addition to the Education Savings Plan Trust, the Commonwealth of Kentucky has several financial aid programs that are administered by KHEAA. Some of those are listed below. All programs except those in the Loans category are for Kentucky residents only.
The tax information herein is not intended to be used, and cannot be used by any taxpayer, for the purpose of avoiding tax penalties.
