Description
Company Profile
Key College Publishing was founded in 1999 as a division of Key Curriculum Press®, in cooperation with Springer-Verlag, New York. Key College Publishing is devoted to innovation in content, curriculum, materials, and media for undergraduate, higher-education markets. We focus our publishing efforts in mathematics, statistics, and mathematics and statistics education.
Key College Publishing is led by Steve Rasmussen, the President and co-founder of Key Curriculum Press. Mike Simpson, Vice President and General Manager, offers over 16 years of sales and marketing management, market research, and campus traveling experience. Richard Bonacci, our Executive Editor, leads the acquisitions and list-building efforts for Key College Publishing. These leaders bring quality and focus to Key College’s list and services.
In 1996, Key Curriculum Press began a valuable business affiliation with Springer-Verlag, one of the world's largest and most prestigious scientific publishers, strengthening the breadth and depth of our publishing resources. Springer-Verlag continues to participate in the management and operations of Key Curriculum Press and Key College Publishing. In 1998, we created KCP Technologies, building on the educational-research talent and software-development strengths that have enabled us to create The Geometer's Sketchpad® Dynamic Geometry® software and Fathom Dynamic Statistics™ software.
