- In 1926 the vision and dedicated effort of a group of Christian men and women began the mission of service to older adults at Bethel Home for Aged, the first nursing home in Harvey County. For over 75 years the legacy of that mission of caring has continued. In 1991, the Bethel Home closed its doors and residents moved to their new home at Bethel Health Care Centre on the campus of Kidron Bethel Village retirement community.
