- With more than ten years of constant baking, Khun Jean or Kini (in Hawaiian) has developed her own recipes for many mouth watering sweets and snacks. Puffs top the list of favorite snacks among her relatives, friends, and fans. After several trials and errors, she came up with a delicate thin crust and a hearty filling for her own puffs. Kini Puffs started ten years ago as a coffee shop on Mahaesak Road selling Khun Jean's freshly baked items including her puffs, cakes, and pies. Then on July 11, 2008 the second Kini Puffs shop dedicated to these delightful pastries was born located at the Tops MarketPlace Silom
