Great Grandmother Carrie Turner Alley practiced midwifery for 40 years in Castle Hill, Mapleton, and the surrounding areas. She delivered her last baby in 1925.
Natalia Bragg, a founding member of the Aroostook County Herb Association, is the current owner of the Knot II Bragg Farm. She is a 32 year practicing herbalist, steeped in tradition and specializing in native herb lore.
