- Dr. Samer Bagaeen is a generalist and a multi-disciplinary built environment professional working at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He was educated at the Bartlett, University College London, between 1989 and 1993 and again between 1999 and 2003 during the reign of Peter Cook. He has worked in Latin America, the Middle East, Europe and Asia and has been conducting high impact policy-related research into sustainable urban development by looking at high-density centres along public transport corridors and promoting policies for increasing capacity in urban areas in Glasgow through working with the local communities.
