Title
Trinity SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST Church - Knoxville, TN - Home
Description
Since early in the 1970's, Trinity Church members worship every Sabbath at 222 Kirkwood St in Knoxville, Tennessee. Trinity Church is a member of the South Central Conference. The Regional South Central Conference is a part of the Southern Union and North American Division.
We believe in the role of corporate worship in the Christian walk. Prayer is another key component in the development of the family of God. We believe in the literal second coming of Jesus Christ as predicted in the Word of God (Matthew 24:30, John 14:1-3). We also believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and that it should be used as a guide for our everyday lives. We believe in the sanctity of the Seventh-Day Sabbath as first instituted in the Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:2) and reintroduced to the Israelites in the Ten Commandments at Mt. Sinai (Exodus 20:8-11). Trinity believes in active outreach in the Knoxville community. We also support the global efforts of others in bringing the gospel to the whole world, as well as physical and material assistance. For more information on the combined efforts of Adventists in providing assistance to the victims of natural disasters both in the United States as well as globally, click here.
