Koolprint is a fraudulant organisation that appears to be based in Pakistan - they have a mail forwarding postal address in Texas. Visit www.koolprintcomplaints.com or www.koolprintblog.com for evidence. They will appear to be very professional up until the point they take your money, but remember proper printing companies do not take your money until after you have seen the final prints, Koolprint take your money up front - a clear sign of a scam. Once they have your money you will stop receiving communication from them, other than the occasional notification of a delay. These delay notifications are designed to get you past the three month point that most credit card companies allow for requesting a refund. If you are lucky (most are not) you will get a partial order sent to you a few months later, however the quality will be very poor - thin paper or card, wrong colors, misaligned printing - the list goes on. Be warned - even the companies they use a references will tell you how they were ripped off. Koolprint take the attitude that if you place an order with them - regardless of how unhappy you are with them, they will if they want, use your company name and logo on the Koolprint site.
