This is our current group of swatches. This fabric is a silk noil and the hand painted is silk georgette. They are wonderful to wear. I have been enjoying my personal pieces and hope that you enjoy yours. Here is a little information about how our fabrics work.
The colors can change often. At the time that this site is going up all of these are available. There is a large group of colors that we have access to so please let us know what colors you would enjoy wearing. Another option is to think of a first and second choice in ordering. The silk noil will be pre-shrunk before we ship your pieces to you. Your washing instructions are to wash with woolite in cold water and tumble in a warm dryer with a bounce sheet. That softens the silk and releases the wrinkles. If your pieces have a slight organic smell it is the raw silk. My pieces were washed about three times before the smell was completely gone. The handpainted pieces should be handwashed in cold water in woolite and hung dry. Please don’t hesitate to call or email us at 706.698.1344 with any questions.
