About us
Lithuanian Airlines (trademark flyLAL), the national carrier of the Republic of Lithuania was founded on 20 September 1991. The 100% of shares of the airline belong to LAL Investiciju Valdymas consortium, owned by Lithuanian companies.
The principal activity of flyLAL is carriage of passengers, mail and cargo on scheduled and charter flights. The company also provides third party aircraft maintenance in compliance with PART-145 requirements and training of aircraft maintenance specialists in compliance with PART-147 requirements.
The Ground Handling services at Vilnius and Kaunas airports are ran by Baltic Ground Services, the company also owned by LAL Investiciju Valdymas.
