Willard (Bill) Gardner is the author of Race against Time and Pursuit of Justice . He has a master's degree in English from Washington State University. When he's not on the job, Bill enjoys reading, writing, watching baseball and old movies, playing the piano, working out, and most of all, spending time with his family—except when he’s out cruising the highways on his big red motorcycle .
