I'm Cynna, owner of Today's Leather and Chain. My husband Red and I started this business in August of 1999. We are now based in Tampa, Florida - a big move that we're still adjusting to. We work together making all of the items we have for sale. I do most of the chainmail jewelry and sewing, he does the leather goods. Our product line is always evolving and expanding.
Everything we sell is handmade. We make our own chainmail links from bulk wire (for more information, click here). We pick out each piece of leather for our items. This attention to detail means taking more time and effort on each and every piece, but it also means better quality merchandise. We want to make items that we would buy for ourselves or give to our friends. We are perfectionists, and our customers benefit from our "anal retentive-ness".
If there is something specific you are looking for, we will work with you to create it. We are always experimenting with new ideas and designs. If we don't have the skill or equipment to make the item, we have no problem telling you "Sorry. Here is someone who may be able to help you better."
