As the founders of Legacy Products, we are sisters, mothers and grandmothers. Several years ago, our family went through something that many people experience, but everyone hopes will never happen to them. Our family suffered fear and uncertainty in trying to understand and accept the invasive treatments and special care that one of our loved ones was about to need.
Until 1990, Legacy Products designed and sold decorative flags, machine appliqued fabric murals and cloth dolls. In 1990, we decided to exhibit at the annual meeting of a large association of child life professionals and pediatric nurses.
