Description
Joe LeGrand Jr.started his apprenticeship in the Fall of 1979, the same year that he graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Joe was trained by his Dad and Joseph Michel, and earned a diploma through the American Society of Ocularists' education program. Joe is Board Certified and in 1999 he was awarded the honor of "Fellow" by the ASO. Joe is past Senior Editor of the Journal of Ophthalmic Prosthetics.
Joe is married to Debra (Euwer), formerly of Pittsburgh PA. (also a Grove City grad). They have two sons, Adam and Nicholas. Joe is active in his community, including his involvement at First Presbyterian Church of Springfield.
Susan Shore is an ocularist at LeGrand Associates in Philadelphia and Morrestown, N. J. She has worked for LeGrand Associates since 1984 serving patients from all over the world. Susan, who has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, from Tyler School of Art, of Temple University, has also worked as an art therapist and textile designer. She lives with her husband, and her two children, in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
