- Founded in 1994 by Robert M. Jaworski, LRD is dedicated to educating financial institution employees on federal and state consumer credit regulation. A Mortgage Bankers and Brokers' course was LRD's initial offering. LRD began offering a Secondary Mortgage Lenders course in October 1997. Shortly after the State overhauled its mortgage license tests and its testing process in late 2004, the courses were combined and expanded.
