We specialize in difficult to obtain loans, e.g., for sole proprietors whose income may be difficult to verify; or for individuals with poor credit or bankruptcies; and for first-time homebuyers.
Prime One Financial is guided by its President, Todd Dalton, a graduate of the Entrepreneur Program at the University of Southern California. Mr. Dalton began his career in residential home mortgages in 1998 as a sole proprietor. In February 1999, Mr. Dalton incorporated his business in the State of California. Prime One Financial is licensed with the California Department of Real Estate.
