- We want to welcome you the Eastern U.P. We groom from I-75 to DeTour, and north to Pickford. Our trails are the gateway to Canada via Drummond Island Ferry and the Ice Bridge. We have great snow conditions in mid winter, and light trail traffic. Many of our trails run close to the water, don't be tempted onto the ice without checking ice conditions particularly in the Les Cheneaux Islands and on the St. Mary's River.
