- LEVIT8 has been working on their new sound these past few months and after review from several recent shows, they have decided to permanently move more into HiNrg dance. The overall fan response has been great. In the beginning the idea was more to learn the equipment and find ways to experiment with the sounds. We found the songs were often edgy and unique yet missing elements and cut short due to lack of recording experience. In addition, when performing the music it was often difficult to follow and did not flow together clearly as you would find with a conventional DJ.music sets. This being said we really began to concentrate our efforts on mixing our music better for live performance and getting the crowd more involved in the music while remaining dedicated to our dark eclectic blend of Trance and older early techno style. This makes a wonderful difference in the music presented to the listener - especially during a live performance. It is our hopes we will continue in this direction and release our album as stated in previous mailings, this upcoming May. Samples will be made available to our web visitors previous to release. We believe you the fans will be quite happy with our new sound but feel free to leave feedback.
