Bold text I had ordered a part for a lighting fixture from Lights2you.com in Fresno Ca in November 2008. they sent the wrong part because they are mixed up. Robyn at lights 2 you asked me to ship the part back, whick i did. the part in question arrived in undamaged condition
Robyn at lights2you.com refuse to pay for return shipping for there mistake. this is unethical and contary to everything good and correct in this world.
lights2you.com is bad business, unethical charges.
so many lighting stores and internet lighting house, there is zero reason to give business to a proved customer scam artist. Robyn has zero customer service energy, no product knoweldge, mixed up inventory control and i belive are selling chinese knock-off as high end designer lighting. possible lead paint, PVB's, abestos and faulty sub-standard wireing cause fire in ceiling
take your business elsewhere for best customer care , price and genuine designer lights
