The consultants possess over 100 years of combined experience in Telecom operations and over 12 years in non-regulated, competitive Telecom/video services companies at the executive level. We have been employed by major Local Exchange Carriers and have worked in start-up, competitive companies. Richard Linnabery has been consulting for ten years for major CATV providers, CLEC operators, and for a National DBS satellite service provider. The consultants possess extensive knowledge relating to operational issues and financial aspects of CLEC operations.
We can provide numerous services for CLEC and convergence service providers. Services offered and delivered to-date include Call Center performance and improvement assessment, Call Center location study and recommendation, custom training module development, financial feasibility studies (business plan modeling), RFP preparation and analysis for operations systems, billing systems implementation and system administration, policy and procedure development, and assistance with contract review and negotiations.
