About NALA
The NATIONAL ALLIANCE OF LITURGICAL ARTISTS (NALA) was founded by a group of liturgical artists and professionals, in response to the need for a coalition dedicated to the production and promotion of the highest quality art for churches, mosques and synagogues.
In 2001 theCornerstones Directory of liturgical art and design professionals, underwritten by Lucine Enterprises, began as an initial step to organize and showcase the human resources available in the field of liturgical art and environment. From that beginning we have become aware of particular issues artists and worship communities face as they work together to build, renovate or update places of worship.
Information, formation, communication, education, professional development in the liturgical art field, and relationship building: all of these are vital topics in an on-going dialogue for growth.
