Rick London is the creator and founder of London's Times and Panel Hollywood Cartoons. He creates all concepts and writes all text. He was born in Hattiesburg, MS and now makes his home in Arkansas. He has worked as a standup comedian, a playwright and tv/radio producer in Washington, D.C., New York, and Los Angeles. Rick can be reached at rick@londonstimes.us

Rick London-Stetelman (Rick London) was born and raised in rural Mississippi. After studying liberal arts at the University of Southern MS, London moved to New York City to do a public relations internship and also was a standup comedian. He played such clubs as Dangerfields, Catch A Rising Star and The Improv. He invented Pet Presidents which were puppets of U.S. presidents and Eddie Murphy used one of them on his debut performance of SNL in a "Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood" sketch.
London then moved to Washington, D.C. to take the job as chief writer/editor of Metromedia Washington (now Fox). He also worked in production at Potomic News (The Washington D.C. bureau for the syndicated show "Entertainment Tonight".
