For over three-quarters of a century, Longyear Museum has served the public, providing exhibits and resources about the life and achievements of Mary Baker Eddy, and her early students.

The Museum moved into its new building in Chestnut Hill, MA in 1999. Permanent exhibits on Mrs. Eddy, her family and students are now open.

Mary Baker Eddy: A Spiritual Journey tells how Mary Baker Eddy's lifework brought her from rural beginnings to the world stage where she delivered messages of spiritual healing and regeneration. The exhibit traces Mrs. Eddy's life-long study and love of the Bible, her work writing Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and her founding of the Church of Christ, Scientist.
