We do not cut corners to meet deadlines. There are times when we turn away business because we cannot meet a customers schedule or if we cannot provide the desired service. We are a growing business, so at times we have more business than we can handle. It's a good problem, but it can create a backlog. We try to manage our turn around times by not taking in too much work, but we can't control when too many instruments arrive at one time.
