For a lot of stress, lower abs by doing leg raises from different angles. I realize that most people at the gym working on mostly the upper abs. They do a lot of sit-ups with additional weight machines and crunches or on the floor. These are good exercises to strengthen the middle and upper abs, but the problem is a weak lower abs and incorrect training techniques. Ab exercises lower stomach to give you a nice burn in particular the upper part of your lower abs and thighs as well.
