AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The Primary Objective is to provide mutual support for Lupus sufferers and to provide them with information about their disease. This is done by holding regular meetings, providing information through newsletters and by personal and telephone contact.
To provide and assist in the provision of Financial support for Research, Training, Health Care Services, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (S.L.E.) and related diseases.

The Victorian Lupus Association had its beginnings in 1979 when 12 Lupus sufferers met for lunch at the Southern Cross Hotel to discuss the possibility of forming a self-help group.
