The University is currently taking part in a survey of student opinion that is being conducted simultaneously across many UK universities. The survey aims to gather invaluable feedback about your experience and lifestyle while a student over the last academic year.
The UCU (formerly the AUT and NATFHE) has suspended the boycott of assessment and will ballot it's members on a 13.1% pay deal for academic staff over three years with a promise of an independant review of the finances available for future increases.
This should mean that things will return to normal for the vast majority of our members as we believe that most lecturers who were taking action were in fact marking but not releasing marks. If you are concerned about any aspect of your degree then get in touch with the Student Advice Centre.
