Who We Are
We are a nonpartisan political organization. We believe in activism at all levels of government: local, county, state and national. Since 1920 the League has worked to educate citizens and influence public policy. We are women, and men, who come together to study problems, identify goals and advocate solutions.
We are your neighbors. The Scarsdale League has over 300 members; it is one of the largest leagues in the country and the second largest league in New York State.
What We Do
We educate citizens to become informed voters. We hold candidatesÕ forums, publish voter guides and conduct public meetings on current issues. The League encourages all citizens to be informed and speak out.
