We still manufacture our preserves, marmalades and curds in the traditional open pans, using only natural ingredients to create a homemade taste and flavour. We are Europe's leading slow-boiling, copper bottomed, "Open Pan" manufacturer of marmalades, preserves and curds.
Back then we had just 18 employees and no export business. Today, we are a dynamic, innovative and growing company with a range of preserves and marmalades available globally to supermarket and food gift retailers.
Dundee is the birthplace of the world famous 'Dundee Marmalade' after the Keiller family built the first marmalade factory in 1797. Today we are the only remaining producer of orange marmalade, in the Dundee area.
