Mid-Atlantic Championship Series
Description
We'd like to introduce our Super Dirt Late Model sanctioning body and racing series. It's our desire for you to understand our philosophy and its relationship to our professionally presented auto racing programs. J.A.M. Motorsports Incorporated, is the parent holding company for the Mid-Atlantic Championship Series (MACS). It is a philosophical outgrowth of its predecessor, the North East Winners Series (NEWS). Although the organization was new in 1997, the personnel have been involved in the sport for many years.
The sanctioning body is solely owned by the Geesey brothers. Jeff, the eldest, has been actively involved in the sport for more than 35 years. He serves as the Public Relations and Race Coordinator for the Series. Andy, Series President, is the front straight-away, lineup steward. Matt is Secretary/Treasurer and serves as chief lineup/pit steward.
