Market Guidance Systems, Inc. was founded in 2002, as an independent, leading-edge research and development firm to commercialize the RTN System through its own affiliated hedge funds.
Recognizing the inherent differences between successful software development companies and successful Hedge Funds, MGS has structured its operations so that the best aspects of each are preserved within the Group.
To preserve the lateral thought processes and ingenuity that is required in software development the Group has established a branch office in Toronto, Ontario in Canada. Led by the Groups Chief Technology Officer Dr Alex Bogdan the development team has the flexibility and freedom to develop and test the developed programs in a controlled environment. The company's research and development team has extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Associative Pattern Recognition, Stock Market Analysis, Software Development and Trading Strategies Development.
