Maintenance Contracting, Inc. is also a distributor of quality janitorial paper products and supplies. Many of our service accounts are also supply accounts although we do maintain an impressive list of "supply only" customers
Maintenance Contracting currently employs over 100 employees and services over 50 corporate accounts. We experienced an 11% growth in annual total sales in 2000 and clean over 6 million square feet daily. Maintenance Contracting is also proud to be a minority supplier and a debt-free corporation.
