Located in the beautiful countryside of Charentes Maritime and within easy reach of ST. Jean D'Angely and Cognac, Maison Campagne is the perfect place to spend your well earned rest or to explore and take in the splendor of the French experience.
It can be warm from late April through to late October when the grapes from the many distilleries are harvested. In common with the rest of France, excellent cuisine is to be found and at affordable prices. In addition the Charentes Maritime is famous for it's seafood and plenty of local produce is available for the self-caterer. The glorious sandy beaches are a mere 60 minutes away and stretch all the way up to Cote Sauvage, where they are framed by scented pine forests and sand dunes, to the Ile d'Oleron (about 50 minutes away).
