MapSurfure has been updated. We have added a search phases report so that you can see how people find your content. The map tool now records clicks on buttons so that you can also see howusers navigate away from a page containing forms.
Parts of the MapSurface system suffered a rare network connection problem between 2-3 May. Browsers should not be affected by the unavailability of JavaScript files, but issue has shown this is not always true. We do not believe this problem will happen again. I am sorry for any speed problem your user may have suffered.
Over the last three weeks we have made a number of changes and fixes to MapSurface. We like to thank everyone who has help with feedback. There have been many requests for additional features, hopefully we will be added some of these soon.
