Marcus Enterprises, established in 1963, is committed to achieving leadership in developing and building of planned residential communities. Charles Marcus, deceased past president, had previously developed Orchard Hills, Shiloh, and Belvedere Heights subdivisions. Mr. Marcus' sons, Terry and Ronald, have participated with him in the development and day to day operations of all projects.
Marcus Enterprises, developed the Award Winning 137 lot Cloverdale Heights project, which was voted Best Development in WV 1990. Our current community, Award Winning 400 lot Briar Run Estates, was voted the "Best Residential Development in West Virginia 1998. Phases I, II and III, with a combined 133 lots, sold out in less than twenty months. Phase IV, with 63 lots, is now open.
Marcus Enterprises, has captured the "Affordable Home" market with sales of over $10 million dollars (100 units) during the past couple of years.
