- Paintings are created by observing assembled still lifes directly and through a patient accretion of satiny acrylic paint, scraped smooth with a blade. Working on paper allows first layers of acrylic to be applied thinly, similar to watercolor. The paper painting is adhered to canvas-covered support. Recent works are circular tondos or based on sewing pattern shapes.
