- Welcome to MarshCoast.com! Let me tell you a little about the CEO of Marsh Coast Investment Real Estate, Inc. Terry Barnard grew up in Glennville, Georgia about 50 miles from the Coast of Georgia. He spent many hours in summer vacations as a young man camping and fishing from the banks of Sutherland Bluff located on the Sapelo River in North McIntosh County. Out of these childhood experiences Terry developed such a passion for Coastal Georgia, especially Shellman Bluff, that as an adult he purchased several properties in the area including Sutherland Bluff and White Chimney Creek where he and his wife Susan have their weekend home on the banks of the river.
