- Our Faerie Festival was conceived from the Spoutwood Farm May Day Fairie Festival in Glen Rock PA. We were so impressed by that wonderful event that we found ourselves wishing to bring a little bit of that magic back home to Maryland. As soon as we made that wish, happy little elves began dancing upon our heads night and day and would not cease or let us sleep until they had tricked us into making our wish come true by starting up our OWN Faerie Festival. Little by little, like-minded people with their own happy little elves banded together and the Maryland Faerie Festival was born. We are very proud and grateful to have the blessings, support, advice and help of so many of the wonderful faeries and people from the Spoutwood Faire. "Kubiando!" to all of them!
