Description
F ordham University's web site is a work in progress. This latest iteration began in the Spring of '04 and continues with a redesign which we hope has improved the navigation and ease of use as well as the appearance. Fordham's web presence uses a combination of various technologies suited to the owners of each site, some of which are in the University's content management system (CMS), and others which use industry standard authoring programs. In the coming months we will be adding and tweaking new features in almost every area of our site and welcome the comments of our users. Our site has been optimized to work with the latest version of Internet Explorer with every attempt made to be compatible with all the industry standard browsers.
Periodically, new photographs will be added to the rotation on the Fordham homepage. Members of the University community are encouraged to submit photographs as candidates for inclusion in this rotation. Please send your photos to the office of Online Academic Services at oas@fordham.edu.
Photographs will be evaluated on quality, appropriateness of subject matter, and appropriateness of format for the University's web design. Photographs that appear on www.fordham.edu may be cropped or otherwise manipulated to fit our style. Submission of your photograph will be considered a release to use your image as best suits our format.
