- Throughout my innocent grade school years in Ohio I was taught by Catholic nuns. I vividly remember one by the name of Sister Vernon. She would hunt you down after class, restrain you against your will and pull out your loose tooth if she caught wind of your dental dilemma. I was the kid who used pliers, or the "string tied to a closing door trick" on himself to avoid those traumatic nun encounters. From then on I was blessed with knowing the lucid mottos of life.. If it hurts it's good for you, if it rains you'll probably get wet and if it's something you don't see everyday, you aught to photograph it.
