About Us
Each member of our team has more than 20 years experience in their respective area of health care, including behavioral, ambulatory, long term and home health care. Most have advanced degrees and certifications.
Ms. Linda Potere, MBA, CHCQM, LHCRM, CAP, NCAC II, possesses over 25 years of experience in Behavioral Health Care Services specializing in accreditation and quality assurance. She has served in administrative positions in licensed and accredited community mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, and substance abuse treatment programs. In addition, she has led several multisite behavioral health care and long-term care agencies through their JCAHO accreditation. Ms. Potere is certified in Health Care Quality Management by the American Board of Quality Assurance Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. and is a Licensed Heath Care Risk Manager. Ms. Potere has been the president and CEO of Seacrest Resource Center, Inc., Millennium Behavioral Health Care, Inc. and Millennium Medical Records Consultants, Inc. since 1995.
Donna Shaw, RN, MSN, has worked in the field of Mental Health and Chemical Dependency for over 20 years in inpatient hospitals and free standing treatment facilities. She has held the positions of Safety Risk Manager and Director of Quality Management during her professional career. Presently she holds the position of Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Miami-Dade College School of Nursing as well as providing Utilization Review for a local psychiatric hospital.
