In 1965, a group of local citizens who wanted their community free from housing discrimination incorporated Midpeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing. MCFH is a nonprofit membership organization located in Palo Alto. Its Board of Directors consists of five dedicated individuals who volunteer time to assure that fair and adequate housing is accessible for all. Since its existence, MCFH has participated in a number of cases that have been instrumental in developing precedents in fair housing laws.
