MHC’s goal is to help clients meet &/or exceed fundraising goals in the area of foundation, corporation and government grants.
MHC’s founder, Melissa K. Hixon, is a non-profit fundraising professional with nine years experience in research, grant writing, special events, advisory board development, endowment campaigns, capital campaigns and specialized annual campaigns. She founded MHC to formalize the services she can offer. Melissa has a BA in writing and mathematics from Carlow University and an MS in library and information sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
