Your school is dedicated to providing you with ever-expanding opportunities to enhance your technical and managerial skills. As shipboard and professional responsibilities become increasingly demanding, the qualifications provided by our training plan become increasingly valuable and sought after.
We are proud to report that over 2000 CMES participants fulfilled the STCW-95 requirements prior to the February 2002 deadline. We are currently involved in an ongoing dialogue with the USCG to formulate regulations that are fair and meaningful for officers who intend to upgrade their licenses during the next phase of the STCW implementation.
