The Meadows of Napa Valley is owned by the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs (IOOF), one of the oldest Fraternal Orders in the world. The facility was originally built in 1988 as a private residential retirement center. In 1992, the IOOF purchased the Meadows and immediately added an Assisted Living program for residents who need a little help with the activities of daily living.
