I work with clients to create custom online, live and blended learning solutions that meet specific needs, quickly and cost-effectively. This lets employees & customers learn the important things they need to know through meaningful learning experiences that build on current knowledge and directly impact performance.

My work is based on my love of learning and my 14 years of consulting experience building better processes, implementing changes, and providing opportunities for employees to learn.

I believe that providing a flexible, creative, comfortable, and growth-oriented work environment is key to doing good work for our clients, retaining valued employees, and enjoying ourselves.
